TidyMacDefinition
A macOS privacy permission that lets an app read protected folders such as Mail, Messages and backups.
Storage apps need it to measure those folders. Without it, numbers are incomplete. TidyMac only measures sizes; it never reads file contents. Grant it in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Full Disk Access.
Let TidyMac do this for you
Scan free, see every part of your storage explained, and clean only what’s safe. Everything goes to the Trash first.
