Application Support, Containers and Group Containers in ~/Library hold each app’s settings and saved data, so they aren’t safe to clear as a whole. Look folder by folder: big ones usually belong to chat apps, browsers and Android Studio. Folders from apps you’ve uninstalled are often safe to remove after a check.
